PhD in Humanities from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), previously served as an assistant professor at a mainland university. Currently a visiting scholar at the Roger King Centre for Asian Family Business and Family Office of HKUST, and a visiting scholar at the Division of Humanities at HKUST.

He has long been engaged in research on traditional Chinese culture, including Chinese poetics, literature, and Buddhism. He has published numerous academic papers in mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and is the author of several academic monographs. Before pursuing his doctoral degree, he worked in group planning at a Beijing-listed company and as a chief writer for a well-known media outlet, gaining experience in creative copywriting and media article writing. Since 2010, he has been engaged in university teaching and research. In his spare time, he founded a traditional culture academy, designing Chinese classics training courses for various institutions and companies, and inviting renowned academics to conduct practical training. His courses on poetry, novels, and Buddhism are popular with audiences of all ages. From 2025, he serves as a visiting scholar at this center, focusing on the issues of traditional Chinese culture and Chinese family businesses, providing practical and effective cultural solutions for family businesses and family offices.
