Open Program "Family Business: Leading Generations of Excellence"

This program provides bilingual materials with English-Mandarin simultaneous interpretation.

This program offers an in-depth understanding of ethnic Chinese family businesses and analyzes factors contributing to their longevity. The program also introduces how family wealth, harmony and legacy can be preserved across generations, through designing and adopting suitable wealth management strategies and family governance systems. Day 3 of the program focuses on practical experience in structuring an Asian-style family office.

Day 1 and Day 2 of the program are restricted to family business members and non-family executives accompanied by their family principals. The family office program on Day 3 will also be open to professionals from a relevant background or to those who are interested in working in family office.

Upon completion participants will receive a certificate of participation issued by the HKUST Business School.
