Our Center Director, Prof Winnie Qian PENG, was invited to moderate the Enterprise Heritage Forum (傳承訪談論壇：傳承與創新) last week. In the event, three awardees of the Outstanding Enterprise Heritage Selection 2022 (傑出企業傳承選舉2022): Ms Wai Ling Chan (陳慧玲), third-generation successor of Chan Kan Kee (陳勤記), Mr Anson Lai (賴以尊), Founder & CEO of AURUM and second-generation of Oceanic Trading, and Mr Jeff Law (羅孟慶), second-generation of Topsoya (壹品豆品), shared their own experiences and insights of family business leadership succession and innovation.

The Outstanding Enterprise Heritage Selection is an annual award for Hong Kong businesses with management succession that have achieved outstanding performance, for which Prof Winnie Qian PENG also served as one of the judges. Thanks JCI Tsuen Wan for organizing the event!
