We are honored to have Prof. Toshio GOTO, Research Professor in Japan University of Economics and a renowned expert in century-old family businesses, deliver a guest lecture on "Secrets of Japan's Long-lived Enterprises" on October 13, 2023.
 
This lecture was part of the HKUST UG course taught by Our Center Director Prof. Winnie Qian PENG and was very popular among students. With limited space, around 70 UG students, mainly majoring in Finance at the HKUST Business School, attended the course and actively participated in the Q&A session.
 
During the lecture, Prof. GOTO shared invaluable insights into the key factors that have contributed to the success of Japan's long-lived family businesses. We are grateful to Prof. GOTO for sharing his expertise and inspiring our students to become the next generation of business leaders.
