On August 5, 2023, our Center Director Prof Winnie Qian PENG was invited to join the award ceremony of the Outstanding Enterprise Heritage Selection 2023 (傑出企業傳承選舉2023) and to host a dialogue with representatives from the winning companies on the topics of enterprise succession, innovation and sustainability. The fruitful and engaging conversation provided valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities facing businesses, especially traditional family-own businesses in Hong Kong today.

The Outstanding Enterprise Heritage Selection is an annual award for Hong Kong businesses with management succession that have achieved outstanding performance, for which Prof Winnie Qian PENG also served as one of the judges. Congratulations to all the winners!
